chắt bót nước ngâm nếp, giứ nước xăm xắp, trộn muối, đậu xanh vào nếp cho đều, giữ lại chừng 1 muỗng xúp.
Cho vào mỉcowave nấu 2 phút, lấy ra đảo cho đều, cho trở lai MW, nấu thêm 2 phút nữa, lôi ra đảo , cho trờ vào MW nấu 3 phút, lấy ra đảo đều, nếu chưa chín, zap thêm 2 phút, nếu chín rồi thì thôi. Lấy đũa xới cho xôi tơi ra, cho thêm chỗ đậu để dành hồi nãy vào trộn đều, tiếp tục xới, xối hới đóng cục nhỏ nhỏ, lấy đũa chia ra.
Rắc lên mặt chè hoa cau.
